Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and assist in the design and implementation of ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision and related platforms
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to document, test, and deploy system enhancements
Provide hands-on support for ERP-related incidents and deliver timely resolutions
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals
Maintain and support legacy ERP systems while assisting in the transition to modern solutions
Contribute to the improvement of business processes by identifying and implementing ERP system enhancements

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365ERP system supportData analysisProcess mappingMicrosoft Power PlatformProject implementation methodologiesCertification in Dynamics 365Communication skillsCollaboration skillsProblem-solving

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in ERP system support or business systems analysis
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Business Central) or comparable ERP systems
Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving in an ERP environment
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Maintain and support legacy ERP systems while assisting in the transition to modern solutions
Contribute to the improvement of business processes by identifying and implementing ERP system enhancements

Preferred

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow)
Familiarity with project implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., LCS, DevOps)
Certification in Dynamics 365 or a related ERP system is a plus
