Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for home services clients from outreach to close
Educate contractors and service providers on how Voice.ai improves lead response, reduces missed calls, and increases booked jobs
Leverage your industry knowledge to consult on how AI can solve common pain points in scheduling, dispatch, and customer management
Build and manage a strong pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies
Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor positioning for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in home services industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, or cleaning services
Strong consultative sales skills; able to demo and articulate value clearly
Deep understanding of service workflows including call intake, job scheduling, and customer follow-up
Tech-savvy, curious, and excited about the potential of AI in the home services industry
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Preferred
Sales experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or service industry software is a plus
