Collaborate with the Social Media Content Director on planning, shooting, and posting daily content
Capture video and photo content that shows off our toys, team, and creative process
Edit short-form videos that are sharp, scroll-stopping, and full of personality
Pitch creative ideas that make our feeds feel alive and on the pulse
Keep shoots, files, and schedules organized and running smoothly
Stay ahead of social trends and help us jump in at the right moments
Qualification
Required
A sharp visual sense and instinct for what gets people to engage
Hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Confidence behind a camera and skill with tools like Adobe Premiere or Photoshop
Strong communication, reliability, and high creative standards
A mix of curiosity, tenacity, and playfulness that pushes good work to great
