Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Proven success in marketing leadership roles with measurable achievements
Expertise in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends) and CRM platforms
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript constraints, and ad service tools
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
A track record of managing teams and delivering impactful campaigns
Preferred
Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
