Senior Digital Strategist
Pannos Marketing is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join their Media team. The role involves leading the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns for financial clients, transforming data and insights into effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of search, display, and social media campaigns, including:
Keyword research
Budget planning
Campaign strategy, structure, buildout, and execution
Search ad development
Testing and ongoing optimizations
Tracking and analytics
Ongoing bid and budget management
Reporting to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on a day-to-day basis
May mentor or provide strategic direction to Digital Media Strategists, Digital Media Specialists, and Digital Media Coordinators
Perform in-depth analysis of accounts to develop key insights and build actionable plans for clients on campaign performance
Analyze the full user journey and provide strategic direction on landing page and conversion rate optimization
Develop digital marketing roadmaps
Provide strategic guidance on content strategy and implement marketing automation initiatives
Conduct market, keyword and media research as part of the proposal and planning process
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide a recommendation for adoption where appropriate
Claiming and management of client businesses on local search sites (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media strategy with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns (including search, display, and social media campaigns)
Proven ability to translate business goals into digital strategies and measurable outcomes
Solid understanding on how best to structure an entirely new campaign or restructure an existing one for improved results
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Salesforce (or similar CRM/automation tools)
Understanding fundamentals of search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience
Familiarity working with a range of programmatic advertising platforms to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns
Basic understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including content, email, automation and personalization
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) and marketing attribution models
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Demonstrates enthusiasm about the digital marketing field and an eagerness to keep up with the latest trends and techniques
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technological limitations, and budgets
Preferred
Experience managing or mentoring other strategists or specialists preferred
Agency or financial services skills preferred, but not required
