Customer Service Representative I

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service—exceeding expectations and honoring every commitment
Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships
Coordinate with vendors to ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule
Support corporate marketing efforts such as product launches and training events
Engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:
Counter and Inside Sales
Warehousing and Inventory Management
Vendor and Customer Communications
Order Entry and Product Support
Qualification
Required
College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Quick learner who's eager to grow and apply new knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license required
Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations
Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
Preferred
Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution
Forklift experience a plus
