Senior Commercial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy and improve their productivity
Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Assist in the administration and optimization of the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans to drive sales growth and profitability
Develop and implement sales dashboards, reports, and sales forecasting models and tools to support sales planning and track sales performance and effectiveness
Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics
Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability
Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives
Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in a commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology, consulting, or software industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill data into clear insights
Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
Proven ability to support and enable sales teams
Experience with GTM strategies, sales processes, and automation tools
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Experience working within the Healthcare industry
