Responsibilities
Analyze time, motion, and methods to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency
Review logs, process sheets, and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
Approve work assignments based on performance, machine capacity, and production schedules
Interpret charts, diagrams, and layouts to optimize workflow and material handling
Recommend changes to processes, equipment layout, and standards to enhance productivity
Validate data and reports to identify deviations and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams to resolve production issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or similar roles
Proficiency in CAD and engineering software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Preferred
Experience with assembly and test processes
Knowledge of APQP elements, PFMEA, and process control plans
