Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Consultant to join a large natural-gas distributor company in Dallas, Texas. This position plays a critical role in leading SAP initiatives and driving the transition from Oracle EBS to SAP Asset Management as part of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
Provide technical leadership
Mentor a team of developers
Configure functional SAP modules and asset management processes
Ensure compliance
Deliver integrated solutions that support maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management

Qualification

Required

10+ years of SAP experience with proven leadership and stakeholder engagement
Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and deep understanding of its architecture
Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (advanced business application programming), including debugging and optimization
Maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, task lists, equipment master data
Asset lifecycle management from acquisition to decommissioning
Familiarity with functional modules
Hands-on experience with CDS Views and advanced data modeling
Creating and optimizing composite views
Using annotations for UI, analytics, and authorization
Integrating CDS Views with OData services for Fiori apps
Excellent communication skills; self-starter with ability to work independently

Preferred

Basic understanding of Snowflake pipelines and data models
Integration experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP BTP
Familiarity with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and SAP Event Mesh
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix, and scripting
Strong troubleshooting skills across network, hardware, application, and database layers
Strong functional expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and asset management processes
