Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on TSYS/TS2 platforms

Validate end-to-end card workflows, including different entry modes (contact, contactless, manual entry)

Execute and maintain test cases and test scripts for transaction authorization, settlement, and chargeback flows

Use Postman to test and validate REST/SOAP APIs for backend services

Leverage Splunk for log analysis, transaction tracing, and root cause investigation

Document and execute detailed test plans and ensure test results meet business and compliance standards

Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure defects are tracked and resolved efficiently

Qualification

Required

Strong experience working with TSYS/TS2 systems in the payments domain

Understanding of card payment lifecycle, entry modes, and ISO8583 message formats

Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing

Practical experience using Splunk for log analysis and debugging

Ability to write, execute, and report manual test cases and results

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Rest Assured)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments

Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
