They are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong foundation in construction operations to act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting sales, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical and workflow expert supporting sales, implementation, and customer success teams throughout the customer lifecycle

Develop and deliver sales & product enablement materials, training sessions, and internal documentation

Lead technical discovery sessions with contractors to understand jobsite workflows, labor structures, union rules, and payroll processes

Translate customer requirements into clear technical configurations, integrations, and solutions

Support complex demos, pilots, and proof-of-value engagements

Partner with engineering and product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on field feedback

Break down complex construction workflows into simple, scalable solutions that work in the field and the office

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers during onboarding, expansion, and optimization phases

Troubleshoot complex workflow, data, or integration challenges and drive them to resolution across teams

Be the internal subject matter expert on construction labor workflows, field operations, compliance considerations, and construction tech best practices
