Plan and execute product launches across different industries

Coordinate with production, suppliers, branding, and marketing

Keep timelines moving and solve problems fast

Track budgets, risks, and deliverables

Ensure quality and compliance for food and non-food products

Required

Experience managing product or operational projects

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

Solid computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP system, and experience with at least one project management tool (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Odoo, MS Project, etc.)
