World Economic Forum is seeking a dedicated early careers program candidate to join their Sustainable Finance Team. This role involves supporting community engagement, organizing events, and conducting research to mobilize capital towards climate and nature initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support the team in maintaining and organising engagement with members of the sustainable finance community, including participating in partner meetings and ensuring strategic follow-up
Help organise and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for Working Groups and institutional events, including FMC finance roundtables and regional dialogues on industrial decarbonization
Assist the team in conducting research on industry transformation and decarbonization for both heavy industry and food systems, including analysis of bankability challenges, green premiums, offtake structures and blended-finance approaches for first-of-a-kind (FOAK) projects
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with leading experts and practitioners
Excellent communication skills and command of English; ability to synthesize complex technical or financial topics for diverse audiences; fluency in another language is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality in delivery
