Work directly with the General Counsel to provide litigation support on matters involving the company and their franchisors
Draft demand letters, responses, and related correspondence and conduct legal research as needed
Review, analyze, and summarize contracts for the General Counsel
Prepare demand letters and notices of breach in offensive litigation with franchisors
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active bar admission in good standing
5+ years of substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and drafting, including both original drafting and effective use of templates
Proven ability to review, analyze, and synthesize complex contracts
