Business Development Representative
Aloha is a company revolutionizing healthcare engagement through AI. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales growth through proactive prospecting and strategic messaging.
Responsibilities
Become a product expert across our suite of products and understand our Ideal Customer Profile
Focusing on new business acquisition, identify and initiate contact with prospects to discover and qualify new business opportunities within our target audience using proactive prospecting methodologies
Create strategic and personalized messaging tailored to our target audience to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team
Utilize Salesloft, our sales enablement tool, to drive consistent and effective prospecting activities, ensuring robust pipeline management and regular Salesforce updates
Develop a revenue-generating pipeline of sales-qualified product demonstrations for our sales team
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to develop and refine sales strategies
Collaborate to create and improve sales cadences and messaging that increase conversions and short-term business objectives
Achieve and exceed quota
Qualification
Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment
Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit
