Responsibilities
Qualify and engage inbound and outbound leads from various channels (website, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns)
Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and determine fit for our staffing services
Present tailored staffing solutions using clear, value-based messaging
Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract documentation
Manage and update all leads through the CRM system with accurate notes and timely follow-ups
Collaborate with recruiting, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen the client acquisition process
Achieve or exceed monthly goals for conversions, new accounts, and client sign-ups
Maintain knowledge of company offerings, local labor market trends, and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and staffing industry standards
Participate in company initiatives, projects, and strategic programs
Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales activities and client relationships
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management
Experience with a staffing agency or recruitment environment is required
Proven track record of converting leads into paying clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced remote work environment
CRM experience (e.g., Loxo, SmartRecruiter)
Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented
Must live in North Carolina (NC)
Preferred
Experience selling or promoting staffing, recruitment, or workforce services
Familiarity with hiring workflows, candidate placements, or client management
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
