Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments

Provide information about bank products and services to customers

Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues

Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies

Promote a positive and professional image of the bank

Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a banking or financial services environment

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Preferred

Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred

Additional education in finance or business is a plus
