Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely, accurate financial closes
Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
Manage cash oversight, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit preparedness
Drive the evolution of finance systems and processes, including ERP enhancements and workflow optimization
Build financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, growth planning, and scenario analysis
Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, margin performance, and cost optimization
Establish consistent costing frameworks, inventory tracking, and variance analysis across products and partners
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and technology
Develop and mentor a growing finance and accounting function with a focus on accountability and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or ecommerce
Extensive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance leadership roles within product-based or manufacturing-oriented environments
Strong understanding of ERP workflows, inventory and costing concepts, and financial controls
Advanced Excel and modeling capability
Demonstrated success building structure and process in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
Ability to translate financial insights for cross-functional partners
Hands-on, systems-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience leading an ERP migration or major finance technology upgrade
Background in high-growth or investor-backed businesses
Exposure to SKU-level reporting, margin analytics, or production yield tracking
Interest in automation, analytics, or next-generation finance tools
CPA or similar professional credential
