Qualification
Required
Program management and leadership skills, including the ability to oversee operations and supervise a professional team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, individuals receiving services, and their families
Experience in creating and implementing individualized care plans and maintaining regulatory compliance
Budget and resource management skills to ensure program efficiency and fiscal responsibility
Familiarity with community-based services and support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Empathy, patience, and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals with developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
