Responsibilities
Analyze immune cell expansion, phenotype, and activation status from ex vivo blood samples
Perform multi-color flow cytometry and work with complex antibody panels
Evaluate tumor antigen expression using flow cytometry
Conduct molecular biology assays, including ddPCR, to support ongoing studies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional research teams and present findings in meetings
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in electronic lab notebooks

Hands-on flow cytometry experience, including multi-color panels and immune cell phenotyping (3 yrs)
Ex vivo or in vivo support work (blood, tissue, immune cell assays) (2 yrs)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong experience with multi-color flow cytometry, immune profiling, and data analysis tools such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and BD FACSDiva
Background in immunology, including human immune cell markers and activation/exhaustion profiling
Experience with ex vivo processing, preferably from mouse in vivo studies
Ability to plan and execute experiments independently while working well within a team
Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation practices, and effective communication skills
