Responsibilities

Team Lead; direct & guide an entire Project/Program Team
Apply expert knowledge of code, standards, and client expectations
Lead design challenge and conflict resolution
Lead and set expectations for design instruction
Conduct final reviews, at times acting as final reviewer
Independently lead client calls & meetings
Demonstrate solutions-driven communication skills
Actively develops other team members
Scope approver, risk assessor, solutions-driven leader
Provide workflow direction and estimate allowable hours
Provide project status updates & workload reports to client
Approve scope, assess risk and provide proactive solutions
Track performance metrics/KPIs of Project Team
Complete all assignments on time and within allowable hours
Demonstrate our client's core values
Promote a culture of Safety
Other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Skills of Project Engineer II +
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field from an ABET accredited university
Work experience in the Natural Gas Industry
Knowledge of niche or unique concepts & calculations
Understand client's cost estimating procedures and expectations
Able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
Advanced technical comprehension
Accepts constructive feedback
Strong work ethic
Ability to forecast design challenges and delays
Inquisitive
Excellent communication skills
Understands Safety Concerns & Required PPE

Preferred

Familiarity with MS Office Suite
PE licensure
