Responsibilities

Prepare and review taxable income allocations and K-1s for partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations

Conduct in-depth analysis and research to interpret and apply partnership tax laws and regulations related to partnership tax compliance

Assist in the preparation and review of partnership tax returns (Form 1065)

Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax compliance projects, addressing tax-related inquiries or issues

Qualification

Active CPA licensePartnership tax complianceForm 1065 knowledgeMicrosoft ExcelTax preparation softwareAccounting degreePublic accounting experience

Required

Active CPA license and prior public accounting experience required for Manager role

Must reside in New York, Dallas, Indianapolis, or New Jersey

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in partnership tax compliance, ideally in real estate or wealth and asset management; strong knowledge of Form 1065

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tax preparation software

Preferred

CPA or other certifications preferred
