Responsibilities

Meets daily and monthly quotas for scheduling and rescheduling new and established patients following trained guidelines and procedures within the Epic EMR
Meets daily and monthly quotas for full registration following trained guidelines and procedures within the Epic EMR
Follows trained guidelines and procedures for inputting and verifying insurance of new and returning patients utilizing EMR
Provides excellent customer service interactions utilizing trained college-wide patient experience tools
Follows trained guidelines when utilizing telephony tools
Meets monthly and daily quotas for My Chart
Handles all other patient access scheduling and registration workflows

Qualification

Epic EMRPatient access experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Customer serviceCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or GED
No experience required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment

Preferred

One year of patient access experience
Experience with Epic EMR
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Prior customer service experience
