Responsibilities

Design and program surveys in Qualtrics (logic, sampling, deployment), and analyze results
Design and conduct quantitative studies of efficacy/engagement/effectiveness; deliver clear, decision-oriented findings
Author manuscripts, technical memos, and stakeholder summaries
Prepare IRB materials and manage protocol compliance
Work cross-functionally to translate results into product or program actions

Required

Academic research experience with authorship or co-authorship on peer-reviewed work
Proficiency with Qualtrics (survey design, logic, distribution, data export)
Hands-on quantitative analysis related to efficacy, engagement, or program outcomes
Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects research
Excellent written communication
Master's degree (minimum) in Psychology, Education, Public Health, or a related field

Preferred

Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS
Exposure to basic psychometrics (e.g., Rasch, Winsteps, equating)
