Responsibilities
Evaluating and structuring loan applications
Building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners
Matching clients with the right lending programs based on their goals
Guiding clients through the origination process with clarity and professionalism
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely closings
Answering incoming calls and schedules appointments
Qualification
Required
Experience in loan origination, processing, underwriting, or real estate (commercial or residential)
Strong communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services
Ability to understand investor needs and present tailored financing solutions
Certificate or experiences in sales
Experience in commercial real estate or private lending is a major plus
Driven and growth mentality
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services
High-school diplomat or equivalent
