Responsibilities
Perform QA/QC inspections on mechanical and electrical installations for C&I and ground-mount solar projects
Support commissioning activities (hot & cold) and system verification
Inspect and verify DC electrical scope , stringing diagrams, and BOS installations
Review and support AC electrical systems , including inverter integration
Troubleshoot field issues and support RMA processes
Work with inverters such as SolarEdge, Chint, and SolTech
Ensure installations meet company standards, AHJ requirements, and project specifications
Document findings, manage punch lists, and support project close-out
Qualification
Required
Proven QA/QC or commissioning experience in solar construction
Hands-on experience with C&I rooftop and/or ground-mount projects
Strong understanding of DC and AC electrical systems
Experience with inverter commissioning and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in the field and communicate effectively with crews
English required; Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
Preferred
Strong, consistent work history
Field experience across the full project lifecycle (construction through commissioning)
Familiarity with Terrasmart BOS and utility-scale best practices
