Participate in paid training to prepare for the role
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
1 year of relevant work experience
Open availability during operating hours a must!
Professional customer service aptitude is essential
Strong skills in delivering exceptional service
Consistent dependability and responsibility
Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions
A personal drive to serve others with compassion
Strong organizational abilities are crucial for success in this role
Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information
A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless
A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment
Cell phones are not permitted during training
