Responsibilities
Deliver best-in-class authentication solutions for high-volume transaction systems
Partner with architects to ensure implementations meet solution design standards
Advocate for platform principles, engineering excellence, and agile practices
Create and maintain development, coding, testing, and automation standards
Coach and mentor team members across multiple teams
Work in complex multi-application environments ensuring seamless integration
Qualification
Required
Full stack Java development experience with Angular and React for front-end
Strong knowledge of databases including MongoDB and SQL
Proficiency in GitHub and experience with Kafka
Experience with test frameworks such as Ruby and Java Cucumber
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, BigQuery)
Essential languages: JavaScript (Angular preferred), Java; nice to have: .NET C#
Development skills: REST APIs, Spring Cloud or similar gateways, consumer-facing web applications
Operational skills: CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bamboo), containerized deployments (GCP or AWS), and log analysis
Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth and SAML; knowledge of NIST Identity Standards preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under high-pressure situations
