Responsibilities
Manage commercial accounts and build strong client relationships
Oversee all incoming projects, including emergency service requests, and participate in an on-call rotation
Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams across multiple job sites
Ensure work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
Track project progress, budgets, and performance
Support new business opportunities and account growth
Ensure subcontractors clearly understand scope, timelines, and site conditions
Verify quality of work, completion status, and safety compliance
Coordinate estimates, work orders, scheduling, and dispatch across regions
Conduct site checks and pre-job planning
Review margin targets and track KPIs to optimize performance
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and proactively while managing multiple accounts and deadlines
Preferred
Experience in commercial account management, B2B property management, facility services, construction, or service-based industries preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with regional and corporate decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM or field service software such as ServiceTitan, or willingness to learn
