ATM Staging Technician

The ATM Staging Technician will prepare ATMs for deployment, install software and hardware components, and ensure correct configurations prior to shipment to customer locations.

Responsibilities
Unbox/Box Equipment from shipping containers – must be able to lift 50 lbs
Install Windows Operating System software (Windows 10)
Install customer specific software applications and graphics
Install hardware on equipment per sales orders (Electronic combination Locks, Key Pads, Cameras, Card readers)
Configure the units with the customer specific parameters (IP addresses, ports & menu settings)
Refurbishment of used ATMs for resale
Quality Check all work prior to shipment to ensure correct configuration and that all accessories are included
Manage the Staging Queue located in the company database, keep staging status’ updated and accurate
Work with Project Managers and Technical Support to ensure that equipment configurations are correct prior to shipment
Document the configuration and quality checks to upload electronically to a database for storage and retrieval
Ensure that all required paperwork is shipped with the machines
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Must be able to meet deadlines
Possess strong initiative and good judgment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
College degree a plus
