Responsibilities
Evaluate and troubleshoot communication hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across LAN/BAN/WAN environments
Administer and maintain network operations, ensuring performance, availability, and security compliance
Coordinate and execute network conversions, cutovers, and upgrades with stakeholders and remote sites
Support the integration, testing, and performance optimization of large‑scale, complex network systems
Collaborate with users, engineers, and site personnel to resolve incidents and improve network reliability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise network environments
Experience with LAN, BAN, WAN architectures and OEM networking equipment (Cisco or equivalent)
Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and network performance optimization skills
Active Security+ certification and OEM network certification such as CCNA
Active Secret Clearance
