Responsibilities

Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure

Support basic administration of Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Azure Active Directory)

Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts under guidance

Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices for cloud security, automation, and cost management

Contribute to routine tasks such as patching, backups, and basic troubleshooting

Stay current with Azure updates and new features

Assist in writing and automating deployment and management of Azure resources using Terraform modules and scripts for repeatable infrastructure deployments, following best practices in code versioning and documentation

Document cloud processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing

Collaborate with senior and lead engineers to learn best practices in cloud automation, security, and DevOps

Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience (internships, coursework, certifications)

Must have at least 1 year hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including resource provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 certification preferred)

Basic understanding of cloud concepts: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

Exposure to Windows Server administration and Active Directory (coursework or labs)

Interest in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
