Responsibilities

Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in an ITAR-compliant environment
Troubleshoot application, performance, and system integration issues across multiple 3DEXPERIENCE modules
Support 3DEXPERIENCE implementation, including data model customization, system configuration, upgrades, and data migration
Ensure PLM workflows, data governance, and lifecycle management align with business and regulatory requirements
Monitor system logs, user activities, and error trends to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues
Coordinate with business users, engineering, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests
Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal operational impact
Maintain incident, problem, and resolution documentation to support audits and knowledge sharing
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and corporate data security policies
Support system integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE, CAD systems, and other enterprise applications
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to ensure effective PLM system usage and support

Required

Proven experience providing L1/L2/L3 application support
Experience working in ITAR-regulated or controlled environments
Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and communication skills
Background in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or systems engineering
Strong experience supporting PLM systems, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE
Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting application, performance, and integration issues
Proficient with CAD and PLM workflows, including data governance and lifecycle management
Comfortable working across L1/L2/L3 support environments
Experienced with upgrades, data migration, customization, and configuration of PLM platforms
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
