Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee the identification, development, and expansion of new business opportunities
Research and target potential clients
Build and nurture client relationships
Develop sales strategies
Prepare proposals
Meet set revenue growth goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Contribute to EMPRO's overall growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Market Research
Strong ability to establish and maintain client Relationships and conduct effective Networking
Knowledge of Account Management, including managing client needs and providing solutions
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create actionable plans
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
