Responsibilities

Receive requests for new contracts and amendments. Review for accuracy and completeness, and issue paper as appropriate
Review client redlines and work with internal resources and business SME's to prepare responses
Issue signature ready documents and seek full execution of agreements
Perform Contract Operations activities as needed

Required

Experience managing contract operations and negotiations
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Autonomously drive results in conjunction with various business units
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strategically coordinate with multiple business units and various levels of an organization to meet a common goal
Contract generation and negotiation
Experience with contract lifecycle management software
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Minimum: 1–3 years of the requirements listed above
Associates Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience Required

Preferred

Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environments and 340B Programs
Experience working within Salesforce or another CRM
Background in healthcare and/or legal fields
Preferred: 3–5 years of the requirements listed above
