Responsibilities
Monitoring support quality
Ensuring process adherence
Identifying technical improvement areas for teams and/or individuals for effective support
Identifying automation opportunities and implementing such efforts
Attend to production issues timely
Interact with SAP Support Functional, BASIS, and Security teams on a regular cadence
Issue management
Proactive system monitoring
Upgrades and minor enhancements
Qualification
Required
2 years professional experience in SAP Application Development and Support and external non-SAP Services
2 years professional experience in developing custom application in ABAP and troubleshooting/customizing SAP delivered standard applications and experience with IDOCs, BAPI, RFCs and Web services
2 years professional experience with Application programming on S/4HANA including RAP, OData, CDS Views, SAP FIOR
2 years professional hands on development experience in Eclipse Tool
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience
Preferred
Hands on experience in Performance Tuning for ABAP and CDS, HANA applications
Ability to collaborate closely with Functional Consultants to drive issues to closure
Must be flexible to participate in rotational on-call support schedule and to respond to production issues immediately
Knowledge of SAP technologies/frameworks such as SAPUI5 and SAP BTP Services is a plus
Experience in Production Support projects
Knowledge of SAP SqlScript for HANA
Hands on experience with API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI
Knowledge of debugging web application using browser dev tools like chrome DevTools
