OVA.Work is seeking a Product Quality & Release Manager to own product stability, release readiness, and customer-impact quality across multiple applications. This role bridges QA, Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring every release meets business and user expectations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end release quality for web, mobile, and API products

Define release entry/exit criteria and go/no-go decisions

Partner with Product Owners to ensure acceptance criteria are testable

Oversee manual, automation, API, and regression testing activities

Coordinate cross-team releases in Agile / SAFe environments

Analyze production defects and drive preventive actions

Establish quality dashboards and release metrics

Improve test efficiency using automation and AI-assisted tools

Support UAT, hotfix validation, and post-release reviews
