Responsibilities
Hands-on training
Participation in batch audits
Analyzing data
Training in HACCP
Training in GMPs, Food Safety, and manufacturing safety
Understanding of CCPs and plant sanitation
Work side by side with senior technicians
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Food Science or similar college or university program
A dash of creativity and a pinch of innovation
A strong appetite for learning and growth
A keen eye for detail and a taste for quality
