Serious experience running (strategy + tactical execution) retention programs for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
Expertise in Email & SMS, with deep experience using tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc
Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to C-suite execs and top-tier clients)
Brand-side experience is preferred
Qualification
