Responsibilities

Develop and launch products to improve TikTok's identity graph
Define the vision and strategy, and develop the roadmap for the future of resilient identity products
Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives that maximize the impact of user identities

Required

BA/BS degree
4+ years of ad tech product management experience, having taken one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with direct experience in one of the following areas: Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment
Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion
