This role involves designing and building WalkMe Smart Walk-Throughs and configuring user progression tracking in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities
Design and build WalkMe Smart Walk-Throughs , including multi-language guides , within Workday
Accurately trigger WalkMe content on specific Workday pages and forms •(mandatory and non-negotiable)•
Configure milestones and goals to track user progression and adoption
Build WalkMe automations triggered by specific Workday user behavior
Create custom WalkMe validations based on Workday actions (e.g., hover-based or button-triggered validations)
Strong functional understanding of Workday modules : HCM, Talent, and Recruitment
Proven hands-on experience with WalkMe and Workday integrations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Any additional WalkMe or Workday expertise is a plus
Qualification
Required
Design and build WalkMe Smart Walk-Throughs, including multi-language guides, within Workday
Hands-on experience using jQuery in the WalkMe Editor (mandatory and non-negotiable)
Accurately trigger WalkMe content on specific Workday pages and forms (mandatory and non-negotiable)
Configure milestones and goals to track user progression and adoption
Build WalkMe automations triggered by specific Workday user behavior
Create custom WalkMe validations based on Workday actions (e.g., hover-based or button-triggered validations)
Strong functional understanding of Workday modules: HCM, Talent, and Recruitment
