Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of development (beta) and production releases while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and stakeholders, to ensure on-time and on-budget project execution
Create, maintain, and communicate detailed IT project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, status, and resource allocation
Develop and manage change management and communication plans to support successful technology adoption
Assist testing teams with test plan creation, execution, and validation of deliverables
Support technical teams in design and development activities throughout the software development lifecycle
Utilize established software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies to drive consistent and repeatable delivery
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of project management experience, including creating and managing change management and communication plans
3+ years of experience coordinating technical implementations and software releases
Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery management
Experience supporting technical implementations within the legal industry
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies
Preferred
Knowledge of legal industry processes and market-standard legal technology tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
