Responsibilities
Drive business and IT alignment by designing reusable cloud architecture solutions
Collaborate with IT leadership to define technology strategy, standards, capabilities, roadmaps, and best practices
Act as a technical lead addressing architecture requirements related to compute, storage, integration, compatibility, and multi-platform environments
Design solutions integrating PaaS/SaaS platforms using WAF principles and industry best practices
Partner with business analysts, project managers, infrastructure engineers, and developers to translate requirements into architectural solutions
Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes and obtain approvals
Support application delivery teams by developing services, reusable patterns, components, standards, and frameworks
Produce architecture diagrams, workflows, and models using tools such as Visio and Draw.io
Evaluate vendor solutions through RFP/RFI/RFQ and SOW processes
Ensure projects adhere to the development lifecycle and enterprise quality standards
Identify and mitigate architecture and delivery risks
Stay current with technology trends, particularly within the automotive and data platform space
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and technical concepts into business value
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience designing cloud-native and data-centric architectures (serverless, scalable compute & storage, data lakes, cloud databases, data warehouses)
Expertise in API design, data integration platforms, ETL/ELT, microservices, data mesh, data fabric, and streaming architectures
Experience supporting transactional and analytical systems
Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams
Experience operating within enterprise architecture governance frameworks
Preferred
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history with large enterprise organizations
