Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze financial performance across business units, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to improve results
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including income statement analysis, accruals, cost allocations, and variance explanations versus forecast and plan
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes by preparing P&L and cash flow projections, pro-forma financials, and scenario analyses
Develop and deliver management and corporate reporting packages, ad-hoc analyses, and decision-support materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Partner closely with operations and accounting teams to improve financial accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance forecasting and reporting effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years' of corporate and/or operational financial analysis experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools
Strong quantitative financial skills and common financial metrics
