Own the hiring process from sourcing to selection, building a strong candidate pipeline

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment
Strong influencing ability
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
Exceptional communication skills
Preferred
PHR/SPHR certification
