Responsibilities
Greets and creates a delightful professional and courteous experience for all guests by phone, e-mail, or face-face interactions
Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest
Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle
Program personalized settings prior to the guest delivery as needed
Communicates with guests after the purchase and sets expectations for length of delivery with each customer
Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the customer
Maintains consistent communication with guests post-delivery to ensure their satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
