They are seeking a Narrow-Web UV Flexo Print Production Specialist to operate a servo-driven narrow web UV flexographic press, ensuring high-quality production of labels and packaging while performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities
Operate the UV flexo press to meet job specifications
Set up print and die-cut: install tooling and mount plates accurately
Load and verify substrates; confirm ink specs; ensure reliable UV cure
Set impression, tune ink and curing, and maintain registration
Troubleshoot print, curing, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Monitor quality continuously; make adjustments as needed
Perform routine maintenance, including UV lamp care, cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs
Follow SOPs and all safety standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on operation of UV flexo narrow web equipment (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or comparable)
Strong grasp of UV curing systems, inks, substrates, and press mechanics
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solver focused on quality, efficiency, and reducing waste
Comfort with the physical aspects of press work: standing, lifting, bending
Team player with clear, proactive communication
