Customer Expansion Partner

As a Customer Expansion Partner, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and retention of the client base, evaluating existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.

Responsibilities
Account Growth: Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Develop and execute strategies for upsells, cross-sells, and account retention
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and consistent support
Retention Strategy: Proactively address issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize churn
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer’s voice within Upfluence, sharing feedback to influence product improvements and enhance the overall experience
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, using data to inform strategies and optimize results
Qualification
Required
A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to align business strategy to client needs
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record of achieving retention or sales goals
Strategic and creative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges
Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy development
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
