Responsibilities

Maintain site safety coverage when full-time safety staff are out of office

Implement and maintain site safety plan

Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff

Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings

Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work

Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team

Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports

Investigate and report any incidents

Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)

Qualification

Construction safety experienceOSHA 500CHST certification

Required

8+ years of construction safety experience

OSHA 500 required

Must be available to start as soon as compliant (background screening can sometimes take up to 2 weeks)

Must live within a commutable distance to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

OSHA 500 (Required)

Ability to Commute: Atlanta, GA 30320 (Required)

Preferred

CHST certification a plus
