HR Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator
Keystone Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING HUMAN RESOURCES WITH THINGS LIKE ON-BOARDING, PAYROLL, BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION, SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS, CHECKING REFERENCES, ETC
Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management
Maintain accurate filing systems and manage document organization for easy retrieval
Support payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting activities to maintain financial accuracy
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and special events
Supervise office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
Track FMLA, hours to maintain certifications, time off / vacations, etc
Perform clerical duties including data entry, correspondence management, and report preparation
Support employee/company benefit tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with things like open enrollment, stay compliant union contracts, and assist payroll as needed with administrative tasks, including data entry
Qualification
Required

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in scheduling, filing, and record keeping
Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Proven ability in calendar management, vendor management, and event planning
Background in human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and payroll processing
Proficiency in bookkeeping, budgeting, and basic accounting practices
Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Demonstrated supervisory experience or team management capabilities preferred
Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus but not required
